Qingdao Xinhuiying Steel is proud to have played a vital role in supporting the construction of the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, one of the largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects in Australia. Between 2023 and 2024, we successfully delivered more than 1,000 tons of precision-engineered steel components, reinforcing our commitment to quality, reliability, and global infrastructure development.
The project was completed in three major stages, each involving custom-fabricated steel products built to meet strict engineering tolerances, environmental compliance, and aesthetic considerations:
Stage 1: We supplied more than 600 tons of hot-dip galvanized fence posts and angle rails, offering structural integrity and long-lasting corrosion resistance essential for perimeter security systems.
Stage 2: Our team manufactured and delivered 300 tons of 150UC fence posts with precision-welded base plates. These posts were hot-dip galvanized and then powder-coated for enhanced durability and visual appeal, meeting both functional and aesthetic project demands.
Stage 3: We contributed numerous custom-fabricated steel structures for the airport's gateway and access infrastructure, supporting the seamless integration of transport systems around the site.
Every stage of this project was completed with strict quality control, expert surface treatment, and efficient logistics, earning high praise from the client for both product performance and service reliability.
“We are honored to support the construction of major urban infrastructure projects like the Western Sydney Airport,” said a Xinhuiying spokesperson. “Our commitment to engineering excellence and responsive service continues to drive strong partnerships across Australia and beyond.”
Xinhuiying Steel remains dedicated to delivering innovative steel solutions for infrastructure, transportation, and civil engineering sectors worldwide.
