Product Specifications:
The L beams were manufactured using high-strength angle steel measuring 100×100×12mm, with each piece precisely cut to a length of 2,400 mm. To ensure compatibility with transmission system designs, each beam was carefully punched with slots and holes according to customer drawings and installation requirements.
Superior Surface Protection:
All components underwent a strict hot-dip galvanizing process to a coating thickness of 100μm, providing exceptional corrosion resistance suited for harsh desert and coastal environments in the Middle East. The smooth, uniform zinc layer meets international standards and ensures long service life in challenging outdoor applications.
Timely Delivery & Quality Assurance:
Our dedicated production and QC teams ensured precise fabrication and timely shipment, meeting the customer's project timeline and technical expectations. Each batch passed dimensional checks, zinc layer testing, and load-bearing assessments prior to export.
